The legitimate interest lies in the technically sound operation of the website and in defending against automated attacks; for this purpose, conspicuous IP addresses are blocked automatically and temporarily. Log files are rotated automatically and deleted after 30 days at the latest. This data is not combined with any other data sources.
The website runs on our own infrastructure; no external hosting provider is used.
No cookies, no tracking
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, tracking or marketing tools. No information is stored on or read from your device. Consent under § 25 TDDDG is therefore not required — which is why you will not find a cookie banner here.
Fonts and graphics
All fonts, icons and images are served locally from this website’s own server. There is no connection to external providers such as Google Fonts or content delivery networks.
Links to streaming and social media services
This website links to Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, YouTube and Instagram. These are plain links, not embedded content. No data is transmitted to these providers until you click such a link. From that point on, the privacy policy of the respective provider applies, over which we have no influence.
Contacting us by e-mail
If you contact us by e-mail, we process your details solely in order to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR for contract-related enquiries and Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR otherwise. The data is deleted once it is no longer required and no statutory retention obligations apply.
Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and the right to object to processing (Art. 21). An informal message to the address above is sufficient.
Right to lodge a complaint
You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The competent authority is the one at the controller’s place of residence — for North Rhine-Westphalia this is the Landesbeauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit Nordrhein-Westfalen, Kavalleriestraße 2–4, 40213 Düsseldorf, Germany.
